The living room is full furnished all including, the kitchen is full of dishes, microwave, mixer, some plates and other necessary items. There is also a TV that you can use it.
The bed is including mattresses which you will take it. There is a salon to play football Cristy next to the building and many people always coming to rent the place to play. You can access that salon by 2 min walking
around the apartment.
There is a parking in front of building which you can park for free if you have a car.
I sublet the place for 3 months only but after three months we can negotiate about the other months. I’m going to work in other side of the city and I want to sublet the room for while. See less
