  • Tenant pays rent securely through Subletsy.
  • Subletsy deducts an 8% fee (5% platform commission + 3% payment processing fee).
  • The remaining rent is sent to the sublettor through PayPal or Stripe (current payout options).

💡 The 3% processing fee covers online transaction costs and is not profit for Subletsy.
