summer sublet (4 months) in a beautiful, well maintained house with 4 beds and 2 full baths. groups and individuals are both welcome. no pet policy. WE ARE RENTING OUT INDIVIDUALLY OR THE WHOLE HOUSE, both options work!
the $700 rent is ALL inclusive, so it covers hydro, internet etc. move in would be may 1st ideally. the room is semi furnished so it has a bed frame, closet and desk. please reach out if u are interested :)
