The apartment is a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with in-suite laundry and an open-concept kitchen and living area. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom, a double bed, desk, chair, and built-in closet. WiFi and utilities are not included in the rent and are split between roommates each month. The building is just a short walk to Western University, Masonville Mall, and Loblaws, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside the front entrance. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me—I’m a graduate student at Western, working in London over the summer. I’m clean, easy-going, and respectful, and looking for a roommate with a similar vibe.
