Lease transfer or sublet of a spacious 1 bedroom unit close to Western University (15 minute walk) and located conveniently on Richmond Street. From May 1st until August 31st, with option to extend. Aside from the one bedroom, there's a large living room, a dining area/office space next to the kitchen, and a large balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, recently installed microwave, stovetop, and oven, as well as a dishwasher! One large bedroom closet, plus three other linen/storage closets. Laundry is available on the first floor, and there's lots of machines so I've never had to wait. Indoor/outdoor parking is available as well, but I'm not sure of the price. The building is across the road from Ross park, and backs onto the Thames Valley Parkway (river and walking path). There's also a gym, a fenced dog park, and an outdoor basketball court. I absolutely love this unit, but am not planning to stay in London. Some features I enjoy: - large windows, lots of natural light - located on the 6th floor, so the windows look out into trees rather than another apartment building, proximity of other natural spaces - large bathroom mirror, bright lights for makeup, etc. - lovely management, very responsive (though I haven't had any issues with the unit, just questions!) - lots of public transit along Richmond Street makes it easy to navigate around the city Please let me know if you have any other questions!
