Hi, I'm Ben, a first year Integrated Science Student (specializing in Bio next year), and am looking to sublet my room in 1548 Richmond Street from May 1 to August 31 this year to a male Western student. The room is the middle one on the top (3rd) floor and is quite spacious with a large window for adequate sunlight. The rent will be $725 utilities incl, not including internet. It's only about a 5 min bus ride to Western and so is in walking distance. Surround amenities include Masonville Mall, Starbucks, Indigo and Loblaws. It's a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit with a separate dining room, common area and kitchen with 6 included appliances. The photos of the bedroom contain the belongings of the current tenant, who will be moving out on April 30th.
